The HOLIDAY VILLAS Agency, with over 40 years' experience in HOLIDAY SUMMER
RENTALS (1 or more weeks), is pleased to be able to present their list of apartments
and villas for 2012.
While aiming to improve our properties year by year, we have tried to perfect them without
increasing prices. They are, by and large, suitable for a normal holiday-making family.
In fact, as a general rule, we tend to steer clear of the truly luxurious properties.
(Hence no Forte dei Marmi !)
Our lowest standard (1 star) is fairly simple holiday accommodation near the sea and not far
from the resort centre; then we go on up to villas, some independent some semi-detached,
maybe not so close to the sea, but with a higher standard of comfort and amenities (4 stars).
Obviously the variety is enormous. Apartments are for the most part, essential, typically
holiday accommodation but within easy reach of the beach; the villas have their own gardens,
offering more privacy and comfort.
The villas and apartments you will find on our website are, therefore, very different from
one another but they all have 3 things in common (3 things that we, as an agency, consider
to be absolutely essential):
- Cleanliness
- A acceptable level of comfort
- an adequate inventory.
You may well find our descriptions lacking in interest, but we do this on purpose.
We have no wish to raise your expectations in any way. The apartment will be described
simply, with no flights of fancy !
We have added a system of stars (the sombreros), to assist you in your choice
(4 stars is the maximum in quality - furnishings, fittings, inventory etc..
(Not for position regarding the sea !)
